Stay home and make your own Keto Chick-Fil-A Tenders with this Keto Chick-Fil-A sauce for yummy dipping.
Let’s get one thing straight. We all know that Chick-Fil-A is not low-carb. Maybe the grilled chicken on a salad, but the chick fil A sauce is a bust. When I’m craving Chick-Fil-A (and that happens a lot) I just keep this recipe handy and make my own low-carb copycat recipe. You can’t tell a difference.
Better For You Budget-Friendly Keto Dinner
You can make an entire dinner out of this takeout alternative. When you need to stay home or just can’t make it out to Chick-Fil-A, this recipe meets that craving.
The best part: I’ve also got a Chik-Fil-A Sauce copycat recipe too!
These taste just as delicious as my copycat PF Changs Keto Lettuce Wraps recipe. They are amazing!
Everyone Will Love these Keto Chik-Fil-A Tenders!
One of the struggles with eating on the keto diet is when your family doesn’t want to eat what you are eating. It’s time-consuming and more expensive to make a separate meal just for yourself.
Serve these Keto Chik-Fil-A Tenders with your favorite side of veggies and you have a complete meal.
That’s why I love this Keto Fried Chicken Tenders ketofried chickenrecipe. My entire family loves it! The ingredients are so simple that we already have all of them in our pantry. It’s a really budget-friendly meal that everyone eats.
Low-Carb Family Dinner Side Dish Ideas
What do you serve with your Keto Chick-Fil-A tenders? Since this is an easy, no-fuss meal, the side dish should be easy too. How about some fresh keto coleslaw? This is another Chick-Fil-A copycat recipe and tastes amazing with the chicken tenders.
You can also serve some raw veggies and dip or a 3-bean salad.
How To Make Keto Chick-Fil-A Tenders
I made these Keto Chik-Fil-A Tenders in the air fryer. They come out crispy and perfect! You’ll never guess all of the ingredients I used though.
Ingredients
Here’s what I used in my Keto Chik-Fil-A chicken tenders. It might be surprising, but if you put these all together it really does make the best tenders in the world.
Chicken breast
Pickle Juice
Heavy Whipping Cream
Pork Rinds
Eggs
Directions
First, whisk ¼ cup of the heavy whipping cream and all of the pickle juice together.
Then, coat the chicken tenders in this wet mixture.
Put the container covered into the fridge to marinate for at least an hour, turning the tenders halfway through.
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Place the egg and the other ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream into a shallow bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Remove the chicken tenders from the pickle juice mixture, and dip them into the egg and heavy whipping cream mixture.
Add the pork rind crumbs as well as salt and pepper to taste in an even layer on a plate.
Remove the chicken tenders from the pickle juice mixture, and dip them into the egg and heavy whipping cream mixture.
Coat the outside of the tenders in the pork rind crumbs.
Place the pork-rind-crusted chicken strips into the air fryer and bake them for 15-20 minutes until crispy. That’s it! These taste amazing with the copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce.
How To Make Keto Chick-Fil-A Sauce
Since there’s no cooking required, this is a super simple recipe. I like to make a big batch and keep it in my refrigerator. I use it on my keto burgers too.
Here’s what’s in my Keto copycat sauce.
Mayonaise
Mustard
Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
Sugar-Free Honey
Lemon Juice
What is Sugar-Free Honey?
It isn’t real honey. I like using a sugar-free honey substitute because it has the same texture and taste of honey without the carbs. It’s made with honey flavoring and xylitol, which is sugar alcohol without the calories.
Place all of the ingredients for the sauce into a small bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Put the sauce into the fridge in a covered container to chill for one hour before serving.
Below are both the recipes. If you make this, let me know, I’d love to see your creations!
