All graduate applicants to Qatar University are required to apply to their intended program of study using the QU online admission application. Kindly go through the following step-by-step application process:

	Complete the Online Application Form & upload the required documents Start my application Submit your Online Admission Applicationand fill in all required information and upload the required documents. Once the application is submitted you will not be able to upload any document. Important Note: International students who do not hold a valid Qatar residency permit (excluding GCC citizens) are required toApply Onlinefor the student visa and upload theRequired Documentsduring the same timeline of QU admission application. Applicants who fail to satisfy the requirements for a student visa will not be considered for admission to QU. Visa application fee will be covered by QU. If the university is not accredited internationally, the applicant must upload the certified transcript by the Ministry of Higher Education or equivalent in that country in which the university is located. The transcript must also be certified by either: The Qatar Embassy in that country; or The Embassy of that country located in Doha. Note: Unattested certificates will be rejected.
	Receive Letter of Acknowledgment Within 3 business days, you will receive a letter of acknowledgement to confirm the receipt of your application.
	Application Review QU reviews your application and makes an admission decision (your application may be delayed or denied if all required documents have not been uploaded).
	Interview The graduate program will contact you (by email or phone) to let you know of the date and time of the interview.
	Submit Official Required Documents When Admission decisions are confirmed you will be contacted to submit all official documents needed (decision will be dependent on the submission of the official,authentic required documents, according to the(admission deadlines).
	Receive Admission Decision Applicants receive an official letter with the admissions decision. Accepted students will receive their QU ID and login information to various QU online resources.

All graduate (Doctoral, Masters, Diploma, PharmD, and Certificate) applicants to Qatar University are required to submit a QR 350 (non-refundable) application fee as part of their admission application. Admission applications will not be considered complete, and consequently, an admission decision will not be made until the application fee is submitted through the online Admission Application using Visa or Master Cards only.

After receiving an Initial Gradute Admission Decision, you are required to submit:

• Final, official, and certified transcript to check if it matches the original documents.
• Test scores if needed for the program.
• Health Certificate issued in Qatar

Required documents may be submitted in-person to the Admissions Department, according to the specified periods, at the following times and places

• Male: Student Affairs Building (I11) - First Floor, hall number C204, from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm.
• Female: Student Affairs Building (I11) - First Floor, hall number C250, from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm.

All applicants who have successfully completed all formal application procedures can follow up on their application status to ensure that all requirements and documents are complete before the admission deadline.

• If the GPA doesn’t meet the requirement, the status will be Decision Made
• If there is any missing requirement, the status will be Incomplete Items; the admission team will contact the applicant to submit the missing requirement by email.
• If your request is fully submitted and the GPA meets the admission requirement the status will be In Progress until the college starts to hold interviews and make the final decisions.

All admitted students will receive a formal admissions letter fromGraduate Admissions Section at Qatar University. Shortly after, your graduate program will also provide you with information pertaining to orientation (if offered by your graduate program) academic advising, and registering for courses.
